What is SPEEDMENTORS?
SPEEDMENTORS is a global platform which facilitates 1-2-1 meetings and creates inspiring content. We connect people from around the world with real life professional experts.
What is a SPEEDMENTORS Session?
A SPEEDMENTORS Session is a pre-arranged 1-2-1 virtual video chat with real life experts who are currently working at the top of their game in their chosen industries. Mentors are able to give inspiration, ideas and tips on how to progress in their chosen industry, based on their own career paths and journeys .
How long are the Sessions?
Each Session is up to 30 minutes in duration and takes place over Video Conferencing. Don't worry, we provide all the links.
Can I choose to meet any of the SPEEDMENTORS Mentors for an 1-2-1 Session?
Of course! However, please do only meet those people you believe you will be able to gain inspiration from, based on their career and path in line with your own goals and aspirations.
How many Sessions can I book?
You can book as many as you like however do remember that Mentors are not there to teach you how to do your job - rather to give inspiration and hints and tips to be successful - just like them!
What happens if the Mentor I am meeting doesn't arrive for the virtual session?
This is very rare as all 1-2-1 Sessions are pre-booked and automatically placed in both yours and their calendars at the time of booking with video links. If a Session doesn't take place due to a Mentors absence for unforeseen circumstances, SPEEDMENTORS will reschedule this session at an appropriate time for you both.
Can I become a SPEEDMENTORS Mentor?
All Mentors are 100% freelance and selected based on their industry standing and career achievements. If you think that you have what it takes to inspire others in your chosen industry, and are able to block time in your calendar to be booked for 1-2-1 sessions, please do GET IN TOUCH and one of our SPEEDMENTORS team will contact you to discuss the process and whether you are a good fit for us and whether we are a good fit for you. All decisions are final.
How much commission does SPEEDMENTORS take from each 1-2-1 Session?
SPEEDMENTORS takes a standard 20% agency commission from each and all confirmed and paid for up to 30 minute 1-2-1 Mentoring Sessions to cover costs associated with running and promoting the services associated with SPEEDMENTORS.

Mentors can choose to donate their own Session fees to Charity if they so wish, and SPEEDMENTORS will do this on their behalf.
Who chooses how much Mentors charge?
Mentors set their own rates for their 1:1 Sessions. All sessions are on a 30 minute basis and Mentors can also choose to donate their Session fees to charity if they wish. SPEEDMENTORS will then do this on their behalf.
What is the Cancellation Policy for SPEEDMENTORS 1-2-1Â On Demand Speed Mentoring Sessions?
If a 1-2-1 Session is cancelled within 24 hours or less by the client, 100% of the session fee will retained and will be non-refundable to the client.
If a 1-2-1 session is cancelled over 24 hours by the client, the Session will either be rescheduled to another mutually acceptable time (client & Mentor) if at all possible, or the fee will be refunded to the client, less 20% Agency commission and bank processing charges to the client.
How old do I have to be to book and participate in a SPEEDMENTORS Session?
SPEEDMENTORS Sessions are only available to be booked and participated in by people aged 16 years and over. SPEEDMENTORS booking system will ask for checkbox confirmation of this at the time of booking.
